In France, Philips paperbox and standard videopacs were rebadged and released by Radiola. Radiola are much harder to find than Philips, and if it is a rare Philips then it's an extremely rare Radiola! Radiola versions are available for videopacs 1 to 47, excluding the box sets 41, 42 & 46. It was assumed until recently that Radiola 17 did not exist as none had been found, the same as with the Philips matt paperbox design, but then several appeared on ebay in the space of a few weeks.
