The Odyssey2 was also released in Canada. The Canadian version came with French and English versions of the manuals for the games and the consoles, and the games were released in plastic cases like in Europe & South America:

The cartridge cases are different to Europe, some are as shown below and some are plain black in this rough surface. The nice thing is it stops them looking worn like the shiny European versions. Also interesting is to see the 'Philips' name on the North American continent:
 
 
It appears that the Canadian versions came without index labels, but they often have another label stuck in the top:
